Shipping:
All items are made to order and are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 2-4 weeks from the order date unless otherwise noted, for example in our Ready-To-Ship Category.


** Please note:
During a Holiday Season this timeline may be a bit longer.

We ship all of our products via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail, your choice, within the contiguous United States. To addresses in Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii, items will be shipped via USPS Priority or USPS International.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number when we've shipped your order. You can also check on your order status by logging into your account.

Returns:


If you have purchased your product(s)...


Online -

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if you are not happy with
your purchase for any reason you can return it to us within 30 days from the purchase date for
a refund of the purchase price minus shipping.
All refunds are disbursed in the form of payment in which the original purchase was
made.
Please Note:
Refunds are processed only after
receiving the returned product.
Return Shipping Charges are the responsibility of you, the consumer.


Added convenience for online purchases:
If there is a specific component of the product that is damaged and can be replaced, we would be more
than happy to replace the specific part within 90 days of purchase free of charge . We can also accept a photo of the
damaged piece in lieu of a return shipment. If you choose to do this please contact us for more information.



One of our retailers-
Please return the product to the place of purchase within that retailer's specified return policy for a refund or exchange.


Shows or Special Event-
Due to the discounted prices and special promotions, these sales are final. On a case by case basis,
if your product is defective or has been damaged in shipping or delivery, we will happily do an exchange
for the same item of the same color within 10 days of delivery of your order.
