I enquired about buying an item and having it sent to Australia. Unfortunately, the cost of postage was the same as the cost of the item and with the exchange rate, it was out of my immediate reach. I put the purchase on hold while I saved up.
Later, I received an email saying that they were trying to raise capital to expand their business and if I bought a gift voucher, but didn't use it until September 1, I could double the value of the gift voucher. Brilliant!
What really struck me was that they had remembered my enquiry?! Incredible customer service. Can't wait until the end of the month when I can order my special gift to myself :D
